Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges
What We Will Do Together:
- Step 1: Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you received an incorrect or expired product. Contact us at support@riyanherbal.com.
- Step 2: Our team will review your return request within 2 working days.
- Step 3: If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner.
- Step 4: If unavailable, you may self-ship. Courier charges will be reimbursed via UPI/PayTM/Wallet.
- Step 5: Once received and verified, we’ll initiate a refund or replacement (subject to stock).
Return Eligibility
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product received
- Damaged product received (physical damage, tampered packaging)
- Incomplete order (missing products)
When Returns Are Not Accepted
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Missing original packaging
- Requests raised after 7 days from delivery
- Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days
Return Process
Our courier partner will pick up the item within 5–7 business days. After a quality check, refund or replacement is processed.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it reaches the “Ready to Ship” status. Riyan Herbal reserves the right to cancel any order without notice and may contact the customer for verification.
Refunds
- Prepaid: Refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- COD: Bank details required for refund via transfer.
Refund Timelines
- Cancelled orders: Refund in 7 business days.
- Returns: Refund within 14 business days after verification.
Partial Returns
